Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Returns will only be considered if the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Refused packages will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund.

Once packages have been handed to shipping providers, Saint Aubyn is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Customers are responsible for paying shipping and handling fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
